HEY fellow foodies, another month is here, yippee!
This month I’ve decided to submit a delicious healthy recipe, one that tastes so naughty you wouldn’t believe it’s healthy!
I’ve been a busy bee recently eating my way around Geelong, starting a new photography course and settling into a new role at work – life doesn’t seem to stop.
Hence another reason as to why I’m sharing this recipe it’s so quick to do if you are in the mood for something ever so sweet.
All the ingredients I’ve sourced locally but you can find a lot of these ingredients along Pako Street, especially at Geelong Fresh Foods.
So my recipe is a “not so naughty chia pudding” filled with chocolate and banana!
If you happen to make this yourself, feel free to share on Instagram and tag us at @grub_guide.
3/4 cup almond milk.
1/4 cup chia seeds.
1 tsp cacao powder.
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract.
Maple for sweetness (to taste).
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and mix.
Add the maple until you think it’s sweet enough.
Place your chia pudding in smaller jars (I layered mine with fresh berries for extra flavour)
Now if you wanting an instant chia pudding put it in the freezer for 30 mins and let it set, otherwise you can set in the fridge overnight.
